Questions about Ground Transport & Airport Transfers


Q: Do you take me from the airport to my accomodation or you drop me off in the city center?
A: Your driver will always transfer you straight to your accomodation, and also picks you up in front of the address you request. At airportways.com you can only book high quality, door to door airport transfers.

Q: How can I find out the price of the airport transfer service I need?
A: Please use our reservation system to check the price.

Q: I can't find my destination in the system. What can I do?
A: We can provide you a transfer to and/or from any destinations in the countries you see in the reservation system. If you cannot find the destination (city, resort etc), please send us your request via email. We will send you the offer within 24 hours.

Q: What can I do, if my flight has a delay? Will I loose my airport transfer, if my flight arrives late?
A: While most of the suppliers monitor flight schedules, it is always helpful, if you contact the telephone number on your voucher (directly to your transfer provider) and inform them about the flight delay. Your driver will wait for you at the airport.

Q: How can I pay for the airport transfer service?
A: You have to pay for your driver, before you start your journey. In case you booked a return transfer, you shall also pay your return journey. When you make your booking at airportways.com, you will not need a credit card.

Q: I need an invoice, how should I proceed?
A: Please fill in the company details when you make your online booking. Your driver will give you an the invoice.

Q: I am a travel agent, I want to pay in advance for my clients. How can I do that?
A: We accept VISA and MASTERCARD from travel agencies and tour operators.

Q: Can you transfer big groups?
A: We can provide minibuses and coaches for groups. Please contact us via e-mail and send us your request, including flight details, arrival and departure times, name and address of the accomodation, nr. of passengers.

Q: Your system doesn't allow me to book. Why?
A: If you cannot leave the first page, it is most likely, because there is no sufficient time to book your transfer. Please keep in mind that most transfers shall be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Anyway, in such case please write us an email about your request.
